Jon grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as a young child. He met Michelle in their high school youth group and started dating during Michelle's senior year and Jon's junior year in high school.  Both dated through college - Michelle, Bluffton College and Jon, North Central State College.  We married after 6 years of dating and moved directly to Ashland for job locations.  Currently we have 2 boys, Jon works at the gas company and Michelle is a stay-at-home mom.  Both have a passion for teens and building relationships because of our strong positive experiences with our youth group from over 15+ years ago!  We feel God has blessed us to be mentors and be there for the youth in Powerhouse!  Looking forward to all God will do through us for others!

Michelle accepted Christ on a youth group missions trip at age 14, through the gospel bracelet visualization. Jill Bell

Jill has been in Powerhouse for 2 years now. She is married to Paul and is our Worship coordinator. She enjoys music, both performing and directing. She and Paul were married this past year and she is also a music teacher for Ashland Christian School.

Paul is our Sound guy for Powerhouse. He and Jill were married this past year. He has been attending Grace for 16 years and came to know Christ 15 years ago and joined Powerhouse this year.

Steve Goll

Steve has been a part of Powerhouse for the past several years. He is our main announcer on Wednesday nights and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to movies, music, and other odds and ends. He is married to Stephanie and has three children. His oldest is also a part of Powerhouse! He is also our Drama Coordintator for the church and Powerhouse, or wherever he is needed. He enjoys his family, friends, and working with the youth.

Cindy Harris

She accepted Christ when she was a teenager but turned to peers through high school and lost her way in life.

"The Lord drew me back after I was married and had two children. I am so grateful and thankful for everything and all my blessings that the Lord has given to me through the years. I feel the Lord is still teaching me each and everyday. I have really enjoyed being a part of the youth group. 

I have a heart for the kids this age because I personally know how hard it is with peer pressure and spiritual warfare and I pray that the kids have a solid foundation when they graduate from high school."

Cindy enjoys cooking, baking, and bowling in the winter months. And for the summer months, she really enjoys being outdoors like going bike riding, walking or just anything the allows her to enjoy God's beautiful creation.

Kim McQuate

Born and raised in Ashland County.  She realized her need for a Savior at the age of 26 through help from women she met in MOPS. 
I have two wonderful children, Alyssa 12 and Jevin 7, who attend Mapleton Schools.  They keep me busy with school, church and sporting events.  Married for 15 great years to Dan and help him out by taking care of the business side of our company, McQuate Underground.  I’m a stay-at-home wife and mom and love it.  I love having the time to support my family, friends and Powerhouse kids I serve.  I’ve been working with the Powerhouse youth for 5 years now and God is really working on me through His kids!

John Ross

John is our Tech Guy for Powerhouse. He has been with Grace for 7 years and the youth for 5. He came to the Lord for good while on a 3-week study abroad program in Israel. He was baptised in the Brethren tradition in the Jordan River. He is married to Andrea, his wife of almost 10 years. Together they have 2 children and homeschool their daughter. John is also a computer teacher for Ashland Christian School and teaches Latin on-line.

Meghan Strine

In Meghan's words:
I'm part of the youth staff here at Grace because of what Christ did for me and because of all the people that poured into me when I was a teen. Some fun, crazy people influenced my life in a huge way by pointing me to the cross, encouraging me to seek God and His will for my life and loving me week to week.
My prayer is that God will use me in the same way in the lives of the young people in Powerhouse.
Jesus Christ is my joy and only hope!
She loves being crazy and a little loud with whoever will join her. She is also a great singer too!

Greg Summers

Greg is the Youth Pastor at Grace Church. He and his wife Sarah, have two young boys. They have been with Grace for 3 years now. They both have a heart for youth ministry. Greg was saved at an early age because of his upbringing in a strong Christian home. He came to Grace several years ago as a youth intern and took over the youth pastoral role 2 years ago.

Dave Wright

Affecionately known as "Coach," Dave enjoys spending time with the youth and staff here at Grace. He has been on staff for many years and helps in other areas around Ashland Christian School, where he serves as the coach for several teams. He and his wife Brenda have been an example to our youth and staff.
